Build a customer base
Turn every show into regulars.
Save a customer when you trade with them, and they stay connected to you after the show ends.
- Save the customer at the table. Add their name and phone or email to the trade-in. When they use the free VaultXchange app with the same phone or email, they're linked to you automatically.
- Pay out in store credit. Saved customers can take credit instead of cash, and their balance with you shows up in their app.
- Let them send you trade-ins. Linked customers pick cards in the app and see your estimate before they come over. The submission lands in your XChange tab, so at the table you just inspect and pay.
- Busy table? Use convention mode. Skip the contact entirely. Convention trade-ins run without a customer and still pay out in cash or store credit, so the line keeps moving.
Collectors on the same app
The people at your table already have it.
Collectors use VaultXchange for their cards, so you can trade live with them through XChange, and they can find the shows you're at.
Square at the show
Take cards with a reader in your pocket.
Pair a Square Reader (2nd generation, $59 from Square) to the VaultXchange app on your phone or tablet, or use Tap to Pay on Android with no extra hardware.
Square's processing fee is charged by Square, separately from your VaultXchange plan. Card payments are turned on for each shop during onboarding. VaultXchange takes payments through Square; it doesn't import your Square item library or customers.
