Is the collector app free?
Yes. Tracking, scanning, wishlists, store credit, trade-in offers, live trades and events are free. VaultXchange+ ($9.99 a month or $99.99 a year, in the app) adds VaultAI Insights, Centering Analysis, and unlimited master sets and decks. Free accounts can track one master set and save one deck.
Can I bring my existing collection?
Yes. Import a file exported from another collection app or a spreadsheet, or scan a stack of cards in one session.
How do wishlist alerts work?
Add cards to your wishlist, down to the printing, and connect with the shops you visit. When one of those shops stocks that exact printing, by trade-in, by hand or by import, you get a push notification. If it sells out and comes back, you get another. Alerts only come from shops you're connected with or follow.
How do I see my store credit?
Once your account is linked to a shop's customer record, your balance at that shop shows up in the app. Each shop's balance is shown separately and can only be used at that shop.
How do trade-in offers work?
Pick cards from your collection and see an estimated cash or store credit offer from each shop you're connected with, based on that shop's rates. The shop confirms the final price after it inspects the cards.
